Private Art Therapy
Some days your mind feels full but your words feel stuck. You might say "I'm fine" whilst your body feels tight, your chest heavy, or your thoughts keep spinning at night.
Private art therapy offers a gentle, creative way to unpack what feels "too much" using colours, lines and simple images—so you do not have to start with the "right words." No art skills are needed.
Why Art Therapy?
Talking helps, but it has limits—especially when feelings are blurry, overwhelming, or hard to explain.
Art therapy combines simple art-making with conversation so your feelings can show up as shapes, textures and images first, then become clearer in words and daily choices.
Private art therapy is for you if:
You feel stressed, anxious, burnt out or numb, and talking alone has not been enough.
You are facing changes in work, family, health or relationships.
You are curious about a gentler, creative way to understand yourself and heal.
